The complete Sashmate range is now available in premium quality zinc plated steel made here in Great Britain. The Steel range is more than twice as strong as the original Aluminium range and is preferred by companies using the Sashmate tools on a regular basis.

Top Hung Rolling Bar - Accessory
  • The Top Hung Rolling Bar has been developed to give additional safety and ease when repairing top hung windows. The Rolling Bar system stabilises the two independent Sashmate Top Hung tools whilst creating a rolling platform, allowing the fitter to safely and securely slide the sash in and out of the building. Perfect when working with a heavy sash, when working over an obstacle such as a kitchen sink or working on a kitchen worktop.

Top Hung Drop Set - Accessory
  • Use in addition to the Sashmate Top Hung when one or both of the existing window hinges are twisted and have collapsed. The Drop Set allows the Top Hung horizontal arms to fit underneath the drop side/s of the window. The Drop Set should also be used on windows fitted with oversized hinges - where a window was fitted with laminate glass units the manufacturer may have used oversized window friction stays..

Telescopic Main Rods - Accessory
  • The Sashmate® Telescopic Rods are used instead of the standard solid main rods, allowing the Sashmate® Top Hung into short complete openers of 650mm, where the total height of the window - between plaster and window board - is less than 1010mm. This accessory pack comes complete with 2 sets of rods. Set #1 650mm to 880mm and set #2 880mm to 1220mm. Can also be used with the Sashmate® Side Hung.

The specifications mentioned next to each above product are based on the standard Steel sets supplied. All components can be manufactured to suit your specific needs. A ‘*’ indicates all specifications that can be manufactured to suit your requirements.

Using extra sets on a repair increases the load capabilities of the sets, i.e. 2 Sashmate Top Hung sets used = double the maximum working load capability. All measurements are approximate depending on the profile and the friction stay hinge used.
